INTERNAL CYLINDRICAL GRINDING
Grinding is the process of changing the size, shape, and appearance of a product. This process can be done mechanically or manually. Various types of materials can be processed – metal, wood, glass, granite, diamond, and many others. It should be noted that grinding is a subspecies of abrasive processing, and it is already a subspecies of cutting. Mechanical grinding changes hard, brittle materials, giving them the specified size to the nearest micron. Among other things, grinding is used to obtain the degree of roughness that is required from products by GOST. The cooling component is often cutting fluids (coolants)

General information about grinding
When performing the simplest orders, hard sand in the form of grains is used, hard emery is also suitable. The selected component is poured onto a solid surface and the processed object is rubbed against it. At this moment, the following actions take place: the sand grains roll over between the surfaces, performing many strokes, leading to the gradual destruction of any irregularities in the product. They then become more round, crumbling into smaller pieces, themselves becoming the abrasive material used for grinding
If a softer surface is used in the process, then the grains “stick” to it and, as it were, are fixed in place, making it possible to create rows of “ideal” scratches on another plane. When using the first option, the part will have a matte surface. In the second one, the product will get a shine, since grinding practically turns into polishing. That is, these scratches that are applied to the surface of the product are practically invisible to the human eye, thus creating a shiny surface.
For example, if two copper plates are used for grinding, and they rub against each other with emery, then each of them will receive a matte surface. But if you stick emery on a paper surface, the result will be a shiny surface.
When taking up grinding, certain subtleties of work must be taken into account. Brittle, hard glass is subject to more abrasion than soft, resilient metal plates. The diamond powder can be used to work on the surface of a diamond, and pieces of quartz can be worked with a sandstone grinder. It is also important what kind of emery is selected to perform a particular task. The smaller the holes that the emery should make, the smaller the grains should be. Thanks to all these features, craftsmen produce parts with perfectly finished surfaces
Among all varieties of machine grinding, internal grinding is very interesting. With its help, cylindrical, conical surfaces of holes are processed.
On such machines, parts with a diameter of up to 20 mm and a length of up to 40 mm are processed. You can order grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, stainless, and titanium alloys from us.
There are several payment options. So you can always choose the most suitable for you – cash or bank transfer.
The minimum cost of the order is 2000 UAH.
